migrate from Git submodules to g10k

Needs:

• remove the puppet profile (puppet-tails!174 - merged)

⚠️ After deploying this, manual bootstrap of g10 in puppet.lizard is required:

cd /etc/puppet/code/environments/production/
mkdir /tmp/g10k-cache
g10k -puppetfile -cachedir /tmp/g10k-cache
