Monitor more directories of the image filesystem for file deletion

So far, if we stopped shipping for example utils/linux/syslinux, we would not
have deleted it upon upgrade, which introduces discrepancies between Tails USB
sticks depending on which version was installed initially.

Let's instead monitor all directories where we currently ship stuff.
