Kill unimportant entry.

The sentence should be interpreted as: "There are some modules we
blacklist for security reasons; let's disable them instead of
blacklisting them." It doesn't (to our knowledge) actually change
anything except for uses that *manually* would try to load these
modules, so it's not worth mentioning in the release notes.
