Test suite: import isotesters' snakoil SSL cert into Thunderbird.

Each isotester runs an email sever using its snakeoil certificate, so
we have to import it to prevent the certificate warning prompt.

Note: this will likely also be useful for #9519, if we ever make the
test suite itself host the email server for this feature.
