magic-shortcut: Use regular clipboard instead of "primary"

When pasting via Ctrl+V, the content of the regular clipboard is pasted.
The primary clipboard is usually updated as well when copying something
into the clipboard, but in some cases it's not, for example when using
the "Copy file path" button in GitLab. That caused me some confusion
when magic-shortcut operated on different clipboard content.
