Revert "tails-img.xml, tails-iso.xml: Enable OpenGL and 3D acceleration"

Enabling OpenGL and 3D acceleration has some disadvantages:

* "Resize to VM" in virt-manager doesn't work
* In TTYs, the screen is repainted very slowly

This reverts commit 27fb032a.
