Test suite: relax our expectations for coverage of the known pattern in memory

On the devel branch (since we merged Wayland + new Persistent Storage), I've
seen several failures of this step, with actual coverage between 95% and 99%.
We don't need 100% coverage to verify that this feature works, so let's
this step more robust.
