Release process: use less confusing example issue

The previous test commands would output this:
"role-release-automation's for-release-management access token expired"

… which confused me and lead me to verify that the tokens we're using are still
valid. Let's instead use an example issue whose title is totally unrelated to
the GitLab API access tokens.
