I saw a case where the change passphrase button was focused and enter
was pressed before the window was ready, causing the button to not be
clicked. We now wait until the button is shown which should fix that.

We already call prepare_for_profiling() in the _run() method which is called by
check_call(), so we don't have to call it in execute_hooks().

This fixes hook execution failing with "Operation not permitted" when
using the --profiling option.

It's only used in the passphrase view, in contrast to the passphrase
stength hint code, which is also used in the change passphrase dialog.
