Release schedule: drop obsolete remaining issue.

For year:

 - We've been running the automated test suite continuously as part of our
   development process

 - We go through our manual test suite for every release candidate,
   because we want folks to be able to rely on it sufficiently
   for production usage. This also allows us to find bugs ourselves,
   that volunteer testers may not find.
