The x11-utils package is only required for providing the binary xmessage
which is used within the Icedove2Thunderbird migration wizard in case on
the system isn't the package kdialog or zenity installed.
So install this package only if the other two packages aren't present.

The build environment for Thunderbird is build by Python based wrapper
scripts that generate more or less classical configure script directly,
running autoreconf by the dh tools is quite useless and produces now
since autotools 2.71 the following error:

This should have done together with
f4bfd222 that was removing the
Build-Depends on libgtk2.0-dev.

Thunderbird has no direct or indirect dependencies on the old GTK 2
framework any longer, thus there is no reason to suggest that package.

The Replaces/Breaks/Provides mechanism for the old lightning-l10n-*
packages are now also not needed any more and are removed from the
binary packages.

The lightning package was turned into a transitional package by commit
f95b3ad6 in preparation for 1:76.0~b1-1.
Remove now that package in preparation for the ESR circle of 91.x as
there is really no extra Lightning related package any more.
