Improve journey when scanning QR code from bridges.torproject.org
As of 6.17, the QR code scanning is offered as part of "Ask for a Tor bridge by email". ![Screenshot_from_2025-07-15_12-57-40](/uploads/3bd5cd1a589d04e49a8ad99d889b9efd/Screenshot_from_2025-07-15_12-57-40.png) [rdsys](https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/anti-censorship/rdsys/-/issues/) displays a QR code in the web results as well: ![Screenshot_from_2025-07-15_12-08-35](/uploads/368958d309bd6d4acdcdeeaca5babbd4/Screenshot_from_2025-07-15_12-08-35.png) If someone has Tor Browser running on their phone already, they might prefer scanning a QR code from https://bridges.torproject.org/ than sending an email. We could make this clearer. This would require restructuring the screen and might make the email journey less clear. Depending on when we'll get https://gitlab.tails.boum.org/tails/tails/-/issues/15331, it might be worth working on this issue before #15331 or not.
