Outdated suggestion to run "sudo tails-debugging-info"
A user reported that they've seen a "The upgrade could not be downloaded" error, which instructed them to do this: > If the problem persists, go to file:///usr/share/doc/tails/website/doc/upgrade/error/download.en.html For debugging information, execute the following command: sudo tails-debugging-info However, since we fixed tails/tails#19997, this won't work unless the user has set an admin password. What should we instead recommend? ### TODO - [x] Failed download: https://tails.net/doc/upgrade/error/download/ - [x] Remove web page - [x] Rewrite error message on failed download. See phrasing below. - [x] Failed install: https://tails.net/doc/upgrade/error/install/ - [x] Remove "`The debugging information that appears in the error message`" - [x] Instruct to save "`sudo tails-debugging-info`" to an external USB stick and send by email (if administration password) - [x] Move section on repairing first - [x] Failed check for upgrades: https://tails.net/doc/upgrade/error/check/ - [x] Point to manual upgrades directly - [x] Remove https://tails.net/doc/upgrade/error/check/ - [x] Other 4 modes - [x] Remove "`sudo tails-debugging-info`"
