Reconsider Troubleshooting Mode kernel command line wrt. Wayland
In particular, in Troubleshooting Mode, we pass `nomodeset`.
Are there machines on which `nomodeset` is helpful with Wayland?
IIRC Wayland does not handle graphics modesetting and it relies on the kernel taking care of it, so I'm worried that `nomodeset` can only break things.
The same question may apply to `vga=normal`.
