With an English keyboard layout, only ascii characters work, so many of the characters on the `=/<` symbol page does not work, like `•√Π`. With German it works mostly as English, but unlike English e.g. `°™®©` works and `^` doesn't. With Hindi, in addition the problems for English above, not even `a`-`z` works, and several characters on the `?123` symbol page does not work, like `"':;` (and interestingly `4` doesn't work, but all other digits are fine). With Indonesian the problems are similar to those for Hindi above, but `"':;` works and `?,%` doesn't. Wow, it's really messy! All this works fine in Tails 4.13, but affects 4.14. At least on branches that run fragile tests and based on the testing branch (pre-4.20) we also see "the screen keyboard works in Thunderbird" fail in Chinese.
