Evaluate using roflcoptor as Tor control port filter
_Originally created by @sajolida on [#11542 (Redmine)](https://public-redmine-archive.tails.boum.org/code/issues/11542)_ <https://github.com/subgraph/roflcoptor> It seems to be used by Subgraph and the successor of or-ctl-sieve, which I mentioned in https://gitlab.tails.boum.org/tails/tails/-/issues/6742#note_103978. If it matches our requirements and is likely to be maintained, maybe we should replace our custom control port filter with this. ### Related issues - **Related to** tails/tails#9001 - **Related to** tails/tails#7870 - **Related to** tails/tails#6788 - **Related to** tails/tails#6384 - **Related to** tails/tails#11826 - **Blocks** tails/tails#6742
