Update website download URLs to use download.tails.net

Need check:

  • Check whether we should/can replace http:// for https:// wherever possible.
  • Make sure it's OK to remove links with class download-{img,iso}-retry.
  • Make sure it's OK to remove JS code from wiki/src/templates/{news,page}.tmpl
  • Make sure it's OK to remove JS code from wiki/src/install/inc/js/download.js]
  • Make sure it's OK to remove /tails from the URL prefix (i.e. dl.amnesia.boum.org/tails → download.tails.net) and whether there's anyting else that needs update.
  • Test that the download + verify JS code supports redirections.
  • Make sure this is reviewed by @intrigeri
  • Make sure this is reviewed by @sajolida
