The underlying bug (refs #10774 (closed), #17779 (closed)) was fixed in Tails 4.8, so 7def8993 reintroduced the I see the "Network card disabled" notification test step and friends, but it also mistakenly re-added undeserved @fragile tags. This MR removes these tags again.
