Test suite: add missing @doc tags

intrigeri requested to merge add-missing-doc-tag into stable

As seen in cd66bdc2, these scenarios were broken by !1586 (merged) and Jenkins did not run them on that MR, because they were lacking the @doc tag. They started failing on all branches based on stable, which was eventually spotted during release QA. Let's increase the chances we notice such problems earlier in the future.
