Test suite: Also stream boot log over the virtio channel

segfault requested to merge virtio-also-dump-boot-log into stable

This is based on !1553 (closed), please review and merge that first.

This allows us to also always save the boot log in the artifacts (in the same file as the journal), even if the remote shell crashes, and also if the scenario succeeded and no failure artifacts are collected.
