Assistant: Clarify that the version to clone from should be up-to-date

Originally created by @sajolida on #9436 (Redmine)

Several testers were worried about their friends’ version to be outdated, which is a founded fear: if you install from an old version and then need to do a full-upgrade you’re basically waisting your time when cloning.

We propose to:

  • Clarify this fact in the routeur, so that other people are aware of this issue as well.
  • Explain in the instructions how to verify that the source Tails is up-to-date (this will be dealt with later on in #9444 (closed)).
