Consider displaying useful information while downloading the ISO and USB image

Once we’ll have the ISO download integrated through the browser extension, intrigeri suggested we could take advantage of the download time to display useful information:

In the case of an installation, the warnings. (#8845 (closed))
In the case of an upgrade, the release notes. (83783716)

The current wireframe doesn’t integrate this idea and probably needs to be changed quite a lot for this to work well.
