Tor Browser should not propose to open downloads with external applications

Originally created by @emmapeel on #9285 (Redmine)

When clicking on a file link, Tor Browser shows a menu asking what to do with the file.

Since the Browser confinement many of the default options (for example, LibreOfficeWriter for .odt files) cannot work.

When chosen there is no error message or nothing explaining the user the special situation of AppArmor.

This options should not be available, maybe along with an explanation. The only available option should be ‘Save file’.

If I remember correctly, the TorBrowserBundle just offers a little ‘Save file’ menu instead of the one offered by Iceweasel with default app options.

Feature Branch: feature/9285-no-external-applications-in-tor-browser
