Many of the projects that we are close to have trademarks for their name:

Tor: https://www.torproject.org/about/trademark/
Debian: https://www.debian.org/trademark
GNOME: https://www.gnome.org/foundation/legal-and-trademarks/

Do we want to go this way as well?
