Unsafe Browser is not accessible

Originally created by @meganet on #7502 (Redmine)

In Tails 1.0.1 and 1.1 RC1, the unsafe browser is fully inaccessible, probably because it’s launched in chroot mode, and the variable “DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS” isn’t set.

Feature Branch: wip/feature-stretch-chroot-accessibility

Parent Task: #14522
