Include persistence.conf in WhisperBack reports

Having the content of persistence.conf included at the bottom WhisperBack reports would sometimes speedup user support. I know that the content persistence.conf can be inferred from /var/log/live-persist but still, it would make things easier.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
