Rename network configuration options in Tails Greeter

Originally created by @sajolida on #7418 (Redmine)

Following-up on #7123 (closed), the different network configuration options should be named on Tails Greeter.

We could have:

Network configuration

- Default configuration. This computer’s Internet connection is clear from obstacles. You would like to connect directly to the Tor network.

- Specific Tor configuration This computer’s Internet connection is censored, filtered, or proxied. You need to configure bridge, firewall, or proxy settings.

Parent Task: #8230 (closed)
