Fix battery systray icons in Windows 8 camouflage

The battery icon is chopped in half (but that’s fixed if the icon is
updated, e.g. by switching from plugged to battery). Also the battery
icon doesn’t look like the one in Windows 8. See real-windows-8.1.png
on #6342 (closed) for an example. Actually the ones used in Windows 8 are in
gnome-theme-windows8: icons/status/20/*battery*.png. I guess it’s
just a matter of moving/renaming them to what GNOME expects.
