Outdated information in the Tails OpenPGP Applet documentation

A paragraph [0] in the documentation for the Tails OpenPGP Applet is
outdated.

“b. If the passphrase for the corresponding secret key is already cached
in memory, a dialog box appears with the following message: The
passphrase is cached in memory. Click on the Authorize button to use the
passphrase cached in memory.”Nice catch! This message was displayed by Seahorse’s GnuPG agent, but
we now use the regular gpg-agent + pinentry, so indeed, it will not be
displayed anymore (until Seahorse gets OpenPGP smartcards support, and
we can migrate back to it; I’m not holding my breathe).
The attached patch fixes the decrypt_verify.{mdwn,{de,pt,fr}.po}:
- remove paragraph “b. …”
- renumber paragraph “c. …” to “b. …”
- update paragraph above enumeration from “three” to
“two”
