Tor Launcher should not pretend we ship a default set of bridges

Originally created by @intrigeri on #6934 (Redmine)

Tor Launcher says “You may use the provided set of bridges or you may obtain and enter a custom set of bridges.”, which is untrue.

Feature Branch: feature/tor-launcher-0.2.5.3

Parent Task: #5920 (closed)
