Display an error message when boot fails

When boot fails, e.g. the roo filesystem is not found, there is no user visible outout.

We should display a message when such a problem happens. We can either send a message to plymouth, or kill plymouth when something goes wrong.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
