Display time in the timezone that the user has chosen in Tor Connection

  • Document better the different between the time zone displayed on the desktop (localized) and the one reported by programs (like Pidgin and Icedove).
  • Display time in the timezone that's been set in Tor Connection (!751 (merged))
  • Follow-ups, to display time in the user's timezone in the general case:

    • What to do about the GNOME settings that, from the user's perspective, control the same thing (but actually control the system clock)?
