Trying to change Date & Time in Settings will freeze

In Tails, the Date & Time panel in Settings has always been frustrating: that's not how users are actually expected to change the time.

Changing options lead the window to stop being functional. And, given reports in different languages, users are actively looking for that.

Can we do anything to avoid users falling into this trap?
