Upgrade src:squashfs-tools-ng to Trixie

Wait for all RMs to use Trixie or newer
Test that the new version can build 1 IUK reproducibly across 2 different machines
shut down isoworker1.dragon again
Prepare a (wip/) MR for the upgrade in tails/tails
Have the MR reviewed and approved
Wait for sysadmins to upgrade isoworkers to Trixie
Ensure sysadmins upgrade the package on isoworkers (profile::tails::jenkins::iuk_builder)
As soon as the upgrade is deployed on isoworkers, merge the MR in tails/tails
Create a new related issue to track the next iteration
