See if we can suppress STATUS_SERVER in all onion-grater profiles

A STATUS_SERVER event is generated when Tor's best guess of external IP address changes, which is pretty sensitive. At the moment these profiles allow it but do not suppress it:

• onionshare
• tca

We should test if we can just suppress them to tighten things up.
