Xray with Tails (Nekoray)

Hello,

As many probably know, there is a very serious fight against VPN and TOR in Russia right now. Sometimes it can take more than 1 hour to connect to TOR in an attempt to find working bridges. At the moment, the most stable way to work is to use XRAY. At the moment, I have not been able to find a solution to make the NekoRay panel work before connecting to TOR. Perhaps someone has some thoughts on how to implement this?
