Thunderbird is saving telemetry data

We found this by chance: a user with a corrupted filesystem had telemetry data inside their persistence.conf ! (see wb:25f9bf7c01ec073e243654dccc5b8329)

We are probably not sending telemetry data to Thunderbird, but we're saving them in ~/.thunderbird/profile.default/datareporting/.
