Option to set SOCKS/HTTP proxy for Tor in connection wizard

Years ago I have used Tail with a SOCKS proxy configured to go through other censorship circumvention tools (because Tor was unable to bypass censorship imposed by GFW in China, it still can't. Psiphon used to work back then, it can't now), lately I started trying out Tails again for something I was working on and found in surprise that I can't set SOCKS/HTTP proxy anymore, unless I manually edit torrc and restart tor@default (which is impossible for normal users and requires administrative privilege), or use a LineageOS phone that allows tethering clients to use VPNs run on the device (which is not available on AOSP).

I hope developers can consider adding options of SOCKS/HTTP proxy back to connection wizard or welcome screen. Lacking this option makes it impossible to less technically capable Tor users in China (and other heavily censored regions) to use Tails.
