tps-frontend: Opening documentation causes tps-frontend to hang

Steps to reproduce:

Start tps-frontend
Create a Persistent Storage (if it wasn't created yet)
Ensure that Tor Browser is not running
Click "Learn more about the Persistent Storage" or the help button of the Dotfiles feature
Observe how the tps-frontend window becomes unresponsive until Tor Browser is closed
