Persistent Storage feature: OnionShare

Starting in Tails 6.0, OnionShare will have an option to "always open this tab when OnionShare is started", which is a way of using the same onion address and private key across different uses.

We should make this possible in Tails as well.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
