Screen keyboard doesn't work in Qt apps

In Tails 5.13, the screen keyboard of GNOME doesn't work in at least Kleopatra, Electrum, and KeePassXC. It does work in LibreOffice, WhisperBack, and Text Editor.

The screen keyboard worked fine until 5.8 so it's probably a regression due to Wayland.

Workaround

Instead, you can use the screen keyboard in the Text Editor first, then cut and paste into one of these applications.
