Mention Kleopatra in Persistent Storage settings

Feedback from Daniel Moßbrucker. He thought that PGP keys in Kleopatra couldn't be saved to the Persistent Storage. They are covered by the "GnuPG" feature. We should mention Kleopatra along with this feature in the UI, like we do in the doc already.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
