Document how to install/add other python software not included in Tails persistently.

I'm having hard time trying to add python tools that are not included in tails. There is plenty of python tools I would like to install with pip3 but they disappear even though I have persistence configured? Have additional software configured and pip3 installed.

Not an expert in python... What am I doing wrong? Is it possible to persist the python3 binaries and packages? If so could you add documentation or guide detailing how to do this on the site?
