Enable non-free-firmware APT component

Context: non-free firmware packages are moving to the new non-free-firmware archive area. This is happening at least for sid, which is where we fetch firmware from.

What happens if we don't do anything: the firmware we include are stuck to an older version and don't see updates anymore. This is already happening.

APT snapshots (infra): enable non-free-firmware APT component for relevant sources (puppet-tails!115 (merged))
tails.git (product): enable non-free-firmware APT component in relevant APT sources (!1036 (merged))

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
