Reconsider Troubleshooting Mode kernel command line wrt. Wayland

In particular, in Troubleshooting Mode, we pass nomodeset.

Are there machines on which nomodeset is helpful with Wayland? IIRC Wayland does not handle graphics modesetting and it relies on the kernel taking care of it, so I'm worried that nomodeset can only break things.

The same question may apply to vga=normal.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
