No clue on how to delete the Persistent Storage while unlocked
I originally designed a Delete button in the title bar of the new Persistent Storage:
What's implemented right now, is a button to Change Passphrase in its place:
To delete their Persistent Storage, people have to restart Tails without unlocking it and delete it from the locked screen:
This will be very hard for people to figure out.

On the long term: @foundations-team how hard would it be to provide deletion while the Persistent Storage is unlocked, as sketched? We want to support deleting the data of each feature when the switch is turned off, so deleting the whole thing might be kind of similar.

On the short term, I think that we should:

Have a red Delete button and make it open a popup with instructions on how to do so:
To delete the Persistent Storage, restart Tails without unlocking the Persistent Storage and open the Persistent Storage settings again.

Move the Change Passphrase button to the bottom of the screen, as originally designed:
