Mention full file name is Step 5.2 of installation instructions

During #18784 (closed), P2 flashed balenaEtcher on the USB stick instead of the USB image. She probably got confused by the fact that I pointed her to a USB image that I had already downloaded in another folder (instead of doing a full download), but providing the full file name in Step 5.2 could be better than the current generic note:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
