Disable or Blacklist Camera and Microphone as default Privacy settings

I understand that physically taking out your microphone or taping or disconnecting your webcam from your laptops motherboard is best practice but....

ucvideo (Camera) should be Disabled by default or better yet Blacklisted like Thunderbolt is.

Reason being I doubt many Tails user are going to be using Webcam function on Tails.

Furthermore I understand blacklisting the Microphone may cause problems with speakers.

Suggestion:

• Would be to have a service script that detects the driver upon boot and blacklists it or add known defaults in blacklist config like for intel for example snd_hda_intel

  or

• just disable Mic as default settings under Privacy Microphone,then if user wants to use his built in mic he can just go to setting and toggle it On.
