Report findings from usability tests to Etcher

Doesn’t understand with Etcher refuses to flash to the USB stick that has the image: https://github.com/balena-io/etcher/issues/3662
~~Is unsure about which line in Etcher corresponds to the USB stick~~
- Not realistic as there is no reliable way of differentiating between USB sticks, USB flash disks, and sometimes even internal hard disks, see https://github.com/balena-io/etcher/issues/2638.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
