Chrome browser blocks downloading of the Tails images

It was reported to Help Desk that Chrome blocks downloading of the Tails images. I confirmed this problem using Chrome Version 94.0.4606.61 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Here's the error message that appears in the Chrome DevTools Console:

Mixed Content: The site at 'https://tails.boum.org/' was loaded over a secure connection, but the file at 'http://dl.amnesia.boum.org/tails/stable/tails-amd64-4.22/tails-amd64-4.22.iso' was loaded over an insecure connection. This file should be served over HTTPS. This download has been blocked. See https://blog.chromium.org/2020/02/protecting-users-from-insecure.html for more details.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
